  • Chicken breast
    200 g
  • Parmesan
    40 g
  • Breadcrumbs
    25 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Wheat flour
    20 g
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Italian herbs
    ½ tsp
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Lemon
    1 Stk
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Halve chicken breast horizontally or pound flat.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Finely chop garlic.

  4. 4

    Grate Parmesan, mix with breadcrumbs, garlic and Italian herbs.

    Set out flour, beaten eggs and Parmesan mixture on plates.

    Bread chicken first in flour, then egg and lastly Parmesan mixture.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.

    Fry chicken 4–5 min per side until golden.

  9. 9

    Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
