- Tomato sauce50 g
- Apple vinegar1 tbsp
- Soy sauce¾ tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tbsp
- Sesame½ tbsp
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Sesame2 tbsp
Step by step

Cube chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.

Cube bell pepper and onion, finely chop garlic and ginger.

Drain pineapple, reserve juice.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok, sear chicken sharply and remove.

Stir-fry onion, bell pepper, garlic and ginger 4 min.

Add tomato sauce, pineapple juice, apple vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar.

Bring to a boil.

Whisk cornstarch with a little water, stir into the sauce.

Return chicken and pineapple pieces, simmer 3 min.

Serve sprinkled with sesame over rice.
