  • Chicken thighs

  • Potatoes waxy
    ¼ kg
  • Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • Lemon zest
    ½ tsp
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Oregano
    ½ tsp
  • Thyme
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Feta sheep cheese

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop or press garlic.

    Whisk marinade from olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Rub chicken thighs with half the marinade, let steep 30 min.

    Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.

  5. 5

    Combine with remaining marinade, place on a tray.

    Place chicken thighs on top.

    Pour broth onto the edge.

  8. 8

    Roast at 200°C for about 45 min until crispy.

    Serve with crumbled feta and parsley.
