Method

Step by step

    Cook potatoes and pasta separately until just done.

    Dice ham, defrost peas.

    Slice potatoes, layer with pasta, ham and peas in a dish.

    Whisk eggs with cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Pour egg mixture over the layers.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
