  • Chicken breast
    150 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Breadcrumbs
    20 g
  • Curry powder
    ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Chili flakes
    1 pinch
  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt
    50 g
  • Mango chutney

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop chicken breast in a food processor.

    Very finely chop onion and garlic.

  3. 3

    Mix mince with onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, curry, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

    Form small balls from the mixture.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

    Fry balls all over for 8–10 min until golden.

    Whisk yogurt with mango chutney into a dip.

    Serve balls with dip.
