  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Pointed cabbage
    1 Stk
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Cumin
    ¼ tsp
  • Cream
    30 ml
Method

Step by step

    Trim pointed cabbage and slice into fine strips.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pan, brown mince crumbly.

    Sauté onion and garlic 2 min along.

  5. 5

    Add pointed cabbage and sauté 5 min.

    Deglaze with pureed tomatoes and broth.

  7. 7

    Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.

    Simmer 12 min, stir in cream.

  9. 9

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
