- Penne100 g

- Bell pepper1 Stk
- Carrots1 Stk
- Tomatoes pureed150 g
- Broth50 ml
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Paprika powder½ tsp
- Italian herbs½ tsp
- Grated cheese40 g

Method
Step by step

Cook pasta al dente in salted water.

Finely chop onion and garlic, cube bell pepper and carrots.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan, brown mince crumbly.

Sauté onion, garlic, carrots and bell pepper along 5 min.

Deglaze with pureed tomatoes and broth.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs.
