  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Zucchini

  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves

  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Bell pepper

  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

  • Parsley

  • Italian herbs

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion and garlic, cube zucchini and bell pepper.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pan, brown mince crumbly.

    Add onion, garlic and bell pepper, sauté along 4 min.

    Add zucchini and fry 5 min.

    Deglaze with pureed tomatoes.

    Season with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs.

    Simmer 10 min.

    Serve sprinkled with cheese, garnish with parsley.
