  • Potatoes waxy

  • Beef mince
    150 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Grated cheese
    50 g
  • Cream
    80 ml
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Pre-cook potatoes in salted water for about 15 min, drain and slice.

    Finely chop onions and garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan, brown mince crumbly.

    Add onions and garlic, briefly fry along.

    Deglaze with pureed tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Layer potatoes and mince in a baking dish.

    Whisk cream with eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour over the dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 200°C for about 35 min until golden.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
