- Brown sugar½ tbsp
- Italian herbs¼ tsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Parmesan10 g
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Milk100 ml
Step by step

Finely chop onions and garlic, sweat in a little oil until translucent.

Pour milk over breadcrumbs and soak 5 min.

Knead both minces with onion mixture, soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley.

Form a loaf from the mixture.

Lay bacon slices overlapping on parchment.

Place meatloaf on top and wrap with bacon.

Place on a tray.

Whisk brown sugar with maple syrup and a little mustard.

Brush meatloaf with the glaze.

Bake at 180°C for about 55 min, brushing again midway.
