- Milk20 ml
- Broth30 ml

Method
Step by step

Soak breadcrumbs in milk.

Finely chop onions and garlic.

Knead mince with soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, marjoram and chopped parsley.

Form a loaf.

Heat vegetable oil in a roasting pan, sear meatloaf all over.

Pour in broth.

Bake at 180°C for about 50 min, occasionally basting with roasting juices.
