  • Processed cheese

  • Cream

  • Onion

  • Bell pepper

  • Tomatoes pureed

  • Gyros seasoning

Method

Step by step

    Slice pork tenderloin into strips, season with gyros seasoning.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot, sear meat sharply.

    Finely chop onions and garlic, slice bell pepper into strips.

    Add to the meat and sauté along 5 min.

    Deglaze with broth and pureed tomatoes.

    Simmer 10 min.

    Add cream and processed cheese cut into pieces.

    Stir over low heat until cheese has melted.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
