  • Pork tenderloin
    200 g
  • Gyros seasoning
    ¾ tbsp
  • Tzatziki
    50 g
  • Cream
    60 ml
  • Grated cheese
    65 g
  • Bell pepper

  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Parsley

Method

Step by step

    Slice pork tenderloin into thin strips.

    Marinate with gyros seasoning, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp oil, let steep 15 min.

    Slice bell pepper and onions into strips, finely chop garlic.

  4. 4

    Heat remaining oil in a pan, sear meat sharply.

  5. 5

    Add bell pepper, onions and garlic, sauté along 5 min.

  6. 6

    Place in a baking dish.

    Whisk tzatziki with cream, pour over the meat.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with cheese.

  9. 9

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
