  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves

  • Paprika powder

  • Oregano

  • Cumin

Method

Step by step

    Slice pork neck into thin strips.

    Press garlic, slice onion into rings.

  3. 3

    Whisk olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a marinade.

    Let meat and onion rings steep in the marinade for at least 2 hr.

    Heat a pan strongly, sear meat in portions sharply.

    Briefly fry onion rings along.

    Serve with pita, tzatziki and fries or rice.
