    200 g
  • Olive oil
    1,3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves

  • Lemon juice
    ¾ tbsp
  • Oregano

  • Paprika powder

Method

Step by step

    Slice pork tenderloin into thin strips.

    Press garlic.

    Whisk marinade from olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, oregano, paprika powder, cumin, thyme, salt and pepper.

    Let meat steep in the marinade at least 30 min (better overnight).

    Slice onions into rings.

    Heat a pan strongly.

    Sear meat sharply in portions.

    Finally add onion rings and briefly fry along.

    Serve with tzatziki, pita and salad.
