Method

Step by step

    Cube beef into 2 cm pieces.

    Finely cube onions.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pot, sear meat sharply all over.

    Add onions and sauté along 8 min.

    Take off the heat, stir in paprika powder (do not let it burn).

    Deglaze with some broth.

    Add garlic, cumin, marjoram and bay leaf.

    Top up with remaining broth and pureed tomatoes.

    Simmer 60 min.

    Cube potatoes, carrots and bell pepper and add.
