  • Wheat flour
    30 g
  • Butter
    20 g
  • Sugar
    20 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Baileys
    20 ml
  • Baking powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Chocolate
    10 g
  • Powdered sugar
    5 g
  • Milk
    4 ml
Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C, grease bundt pan and dust with flour.

    Cream soft butter with sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Stir in eggs one by one.

    Mix flour with baking powder, fold in alternately with Baileys and milk.

    Roughly chop chocolate and fold in.

    Fill batter into the pan.

    Bake at 180°C for about 50–55 min, do a toothpick test.

    Let cool, turn out.

    Whisk powdered sugar with a little Baileys into a glaze, drizzle over the cake.
