Step by step

Halve avocados, remove pit and place flesh in a bowl.

Drizzle with lime juice and roughly mash with a fork.

Very finely chop red onion, press garlic.

Seed tomato and finely cube.

Finely chop cilantro.

Combine everything with the avocado.

Adjust with salt, pepper, chili flakes and cumin.
