Step by step

    Wash asparagus, trim woody ends.

    Cut asparagus into bite-sized pieces, cook al dente in salted water 4 min.

    Shock in ice water and drain well.

    Wash strawberries and quarter.

    Whisk dressing from olive oil, balsamic, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Arrange asparagus, arugula and strawberries on plates.

    Drizzle with dressing.

    Crumble feta and sprinkle on top.
