  • Butter

Method

Step by step

    Wash asparagus, cut off woody ends.

    Finely chop garlic, toast pine nuts in a dry pan.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan.

    Sauté asparagus 6–8 min while occasionally tossing.

    Add garlic and briefly fry along.

    Adjust with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and pine nuts.
