  • Sugar

  • Vanilla

  • Eggs

  • Butter

  • Coconut flakes

  • Cocoa powder

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Bring milk to a boil with vanilla, sugar and salt.

    Sprinkle in semolina, simmer 5 min while stirring.

    Take off the heat, stir in butter and whisked eggs.

    Spread mixture about 1.5 cm thick on a tray with parchment.

    Let cool completely and firm up.

    Cut into slices.

    Mix coconut flakes with cocoa.

    Toss slices in the mixture.
