    75 g
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Broth
    130 ml
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Oregano
    ½ tsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Cinnamon

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic.

    Add rice and briefly toast.

    Deglaze with pureed tomatoes and broth.

    Season with salt, pepper, oregano and cinnamon.

    Simmer covered over low heat for 18 min.

    Take off the heat and let steep 5 min.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
