Method

Step by step

    Cut tomatoes into wedges.

    Cut cucumber into thick half-moons.

    Cut bell pepper into strips.

    Slice red onion into thin rings.

    Mix everything in a large salad bowl.

    Whisk olive oil with apple vinegar, oregano, pressed garlic, salt and pepper into a vinaigrette.

    Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.

    Place feta in one piece on top, garnish with olives.
