Method

Step by step

  1. 1

    Tear pita bread into pieces and roast crispy in oven at 180°C for 8 minutes.

    Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.

  3. 3

    Cut tomatoes into wedges, cucumber into half-moons.

  4. 4

    Slice radishes, cut red onion into fine rings.

  5. 5

    Roughly chop parsley and mint.

  6. 6

    Dressing: whisk olive oil, lime juice, sumac, pomegranate molasses, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.

    Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

    Toss with dressing.

    Fold in pita pieces just before serving so they stay crispy.
