- Romaine lettuceOr: Lettuce hearts, Romana2 heads
- Chicken breast100 g
- Caesar dressing40 ml
- Cheese croutonsOr: Herb croutons25 g
- ParmesanOr: Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano20 g
- AnchoviesOr: Anchovies2 Stk

- Olive oil½ tbsp

Method
Step by step

Salt and pepper chicken breast, fry in olive oil in a pan 6–8 minutes until golden.

Rest chicken 5 minutes and slice into strips.

Wash and dry lettuce, tear into bite-size pieces.

Halve garlic clove and rub the salad bowl with it.

Toss salad with Caesar dressing.

Plate.

Top with chicken strips, croutons and chopped anchovies.

Serve with parmesan shavings and pepper.
