- Lemon juice1 tbsp

- Oregano½ tsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Dill1 bunch

Step by step

Slice white cabbage into very fine strips or shave.

Coarsely grate carrots.

Finely chop garlic.

Whisk dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Vigorously knead cabbage with the dressing.
