Method

Step by step

    Cut tomatoes into wedges, cucumber into thick half-moons.

    Slice bell pepper into strips, red onion into fine rings.

    Combine everything in a bowl.

    Add olives.

    Whisk dressing from olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
