Method

Step by step

    Finely chop shallot and garlic.

    Melt butter in a pot, sauté shallot and garlic.

    Deglaze with white wine and briefly reduce.

    Add cream and reduce slightly.

    Add Gorgonzola in pieces and melt while stirring.
