- Tomatoes pureed100 g
- Ketchup50 g
- Onion1 Stk
- Curry powder½ tsp
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Brown sugar½ tbsp
- Apple vinegar½ tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce¼ tsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Water30 ml
- Chili powder1 pinch
Method
Step by step

Very finely chop onion.

Heat olive oil in a pot, sweat onion until translucent.

Add curry powder and paprika and briefly toast.

Add pureed tomatoes, ketchup and water.

Season with apple vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar, salt, pepper and chili.

Reduce over low heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally.

Optionally puree finely, serve dusted with extra curry powder.
