    200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Arugula

  • Mozzarella

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic

  • Garlic cloves

Method

Step by step

    Cook gnocchi in salted water according to package, drain.

    Sear in a pan with a little olive oil until golden, let cool.

    Halve cherry tomatoes, cube mozzarella.

    Finely chop garlic.

    Whisk dressing from olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Combine gnocchi, tomatoes, mozzarella and arugula in a bowl.

    Toss with dressing.

    Serve sprinkled with pine nuts and basil.
