  • Gnocchi
    200 g
  • Cherry tomatoes
    75 g
  • Spinach
    50 g
  • Garlic cloves

  • Onion

  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Parmesan

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Method

Step by step

    Heat olive oil in a large pan.

    Add gnocchi (uncooked) and fry 5 min until golden.

    Finely chop onion and garlic, add to the gnocchi.

    Halve cherry tomatoes and add, fry 3 min.

    Add cream and Italian herbs.

    Fold in spinach and let wilt.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Serve with Parmesan and pine nuts.
