    200 g
  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Leek
    1 stalk
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Grated cheese
    50 g
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Slice leek into rings, finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.

    Add minced meat and brown crumbly.

    Add leek and sauté 5 min.

    Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.

    Stir in pureed tomatoes and cream, simmer 5 min.

    Combine gnocchi (uncooked) with the mince mixture.

    Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
