  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil

  • Lime juice

Method

Step by step

    Soak glass noodles according to package, drain and shock with cold water.

    Slice carrots and cucumber into fine strips, bell pepper into strips.

    Slice spring onions into fine rings.

    Finely chop garlic and ginger.

    Whisk dressing from soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger and chili flakes.

    Combine glass noodles, vegetables and bean sprouts with the dressing.

    Chop peanuts and fold in.

    Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
