    200 g
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Honey
    ¾ tbsp
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Thyme
    ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp

Step by step

    Peel carrots and cut into sticks or slices.

    Melt butter in a pan.

    Add carrots and sauté 3 min.

    Add honey and glaze.

    Deglaze with broth, add thyme.

    Simmer over medium heat 10 min until liquid is almost evaporated.

    Adjust with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
