  • Chicken breast
    150 g
  • Bell pepper
    1 Stk
  • Cream
    60 ml
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Tomatoes pureed
    25 g
  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Flour
    ¼ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Slice chicken breast into strips, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Slice bell pepper into strips, finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear chicken sharply and remove.

    Fry onion, garlic and bell pepper in the pan for 5 min.

    Dust with flour, deglaze with broth and pureed tomatoes.

    Stir in cream, return chicken to the pan.

    Simmer 5 min, adjust with salt and pepper.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
