- Cream60 ml
- Curry powder½ tsp
- Onion1 Stk
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Broth50 ml
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Mango1 Stk
- Parsley1 bunch

Step by step

Slice chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop onion and garlic, cube mango.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear chicken sharply and remove.

Sauté onion and garlic in the pan.

Add curry powder and briefly toast.

Dust with flour, deglaze with broth.
