Method

Step by step

    Place puff pastry into a quiche pan, raise the edge, prick with a fork.

    Pre-bake at 200°C for about 10 min.

    Cube zucchini, bell pepper and onion.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, fry vegetables 5 min.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Whisk cream cheese with eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Spread vegetables onto the dough base, halved cherry tomatoes alongside.

    Pour egg mixture over, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min until golden.

    Serve sprinkled with basil.
