Method

Step by step

    Slice bell pepper, zucchini and carrots into strips.

    Divide broccoli into florets, finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan.

    Sauté onion and garlic.

    Fry carrots and broccoli for 4 min.

    Add bell pepper and zucchini, fry another 4 min.

    Add cherry tomatoes, deglaze with soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Serve sprinkled with sesame and parsley.
