Method

Step by step

    Cook rice in broth according to package.

    Cube bell pepper, zucchini and carrots.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.

    Add vegetables and sauté 6 min.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Combine rice and vegetables, place in a greased baking dish.

    Whisk cream with eggs, salt and pepper, pour over.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 30 min until golden.
