  • Zucchini

  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Grated cheese
    40 g
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Halve zucchini lengthwise and scoop out with a spoon.

    Finely chop zucchini flesh.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.

    Add minced meat and brown crumbly.

    Add zucchini flesh and pureed tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.

    Simmer 10 min.

    Place zucchini halves in a baking dish, fill with mince mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Gratinate at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.
