  • Rice
    25 g
  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Broth
    80 ml
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

  • Paprika powder

Method

Step by step

    Pre-cook rice according to package, let cool.

    Cut top off bell peppers, remove seeds, reserve lids.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

  4. 4

    Heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic.

    Add minced meat and briefly brown, let cool.

    Combine mince with rice, egg, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.

    Fill bell peppers with mince-rice mixture, place lids on.

    Place in a pot, pour in pureed tomatoes and broth.

    Cover and braise over medium heat for about 35 min.

    Serve with the sauce.
