Step by step

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Cut tops off bell peppers, remove seeds.

Finely chop onion and garlic, sauté in oil until translucent.

Add minced meat and brown crumbly.

Season with paprika, salt and pepper.

Mix rice, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs into the meat mixture.

Fill peppers with the mixture, place in a baking dish.

Mix tomato sauce with broth and pour around the peppers.

Braise covered at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Optionally sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
