  • Eggs
    2 Stk
  • Mayonnaise
    25 g
  • Mustard
    ½ tsp
  • Plain yogurt
    15 g
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Chives
    1 bunch
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Hard-boil eggs (10 min), shock and peel.

    Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks.

    Smooth-stir yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Finely slice chives and stir in.

    Fill mixture into a piping bag.

    Fill egg halves with the cream.

    Sprinkle with paprika and chives.

    Serve cold.
