- Crème fraîche50 g
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Onion1 Stk
- Grated cheese25 g
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Nutmeg1 pinch
- Parsley1 bunch
- Pine nuts10 g

Step by step

Clean mushrooms, twist out stems and finely chop them.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion, garlic and mushroom stems.

Add spinach and let wilt.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Stir in crème fraîche, briefly reduce.

Fold in parsley and pine nuts.

Place mushroom caps in a baking dish, fill with spinach mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Gratinate at 180°C for about 18 min until golden.
