  • Canned mandarins
    75 g
  • Mayonnaise

  • Plain yogurt

  • Celery
    1 stalk
  • Curry
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt

  • Walnut kernels

Method

Step by step

    Simmer chicken breast in salted water for about 15 min, let cool and cube.

    Drain mandarins.

    Cube celery finely.

    Roughly chop walnuts.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, curry, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Combine chicken, mandarins, celery and walnuts with the dressing.

    Let steep in the fridge for at least 30 min.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
