- Sesame oil½ tbsp

Step by step

Cook mie noodles according to package, drain and shock with cold water.

Slice bell pepper and carrots into fine strips, spring onions into rings.

Finely chop garlic and ginger.

Whisk eggs and let set in a wok with a little oil into scrambled eggs, set aside.

Heat remaining oil in the wok, briefly fry garlic and ginger.

Stir-fry carrots and bell pepper for 3 min.

Add bean sprouts and spring onions.

Fold in noodles, scrambled egg, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Adjust with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sesame.
