- White wine30 ml
- Parsley1 bunch
- Chili flakes¼ tsp
- Lemon juice½ tbsp

Step by step

Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.

Clean shrimp, finely chop garlic, halve cherry tomatoes.

Heat olive oil in a large pan.

Briefly sauté garlic and chili flakes.

Fry shrimp 2 min, then add cherry tomatoes.

Deglaze with white wine and reduce 2 min.

Adjust with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Drain pasta, add to the sauce with some pasta water.

Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
