- Shrimp fresh 150 g peeledas needed
- Olive oil30 ml
- Garlic cloves2 Stk
- Chili pepperOr: Chili flakes1 Stk
- Parsley1 bunch
- Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice¼ tbsp
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp

Step by step

Slice garlic thinly and chili into thin rings.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a shallow pan (preferably clay pan).

Sweat garlic and chili over medium heat for 1 minute, do not brown.

Add shrimp and cook stirring for 2 minutes.

Deglaze with sherry or lime juice.

Remove pan from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve immediately in the pan with baguette for dipping.
