  • Shrimp fresh 0.25 kg with shell
    as needed
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    2 Stk
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Chili flakes
    ¼ tsp
  • Iodized salt 0.25 tbsp coarse

Method

Step by step

    Wash shrimp and pat dry.

    Heat plancha or heavy pan very hot.

    Add olive oil to the pan.

    Place shrimp in and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Sear sharply 2 minutes per side.

    At the last moment add pressed garlic and chili flakes.

    Drizzle with lime juice.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

    Serve immediately with baguette.
