- White beans 1 can baked beansas needed
- Toast bread2 slices

Step by step

Preheat oven to 100°C for keeping warm.

Brown bratwurst all around in a pan with a little oil for 10 minutes.

Fry bacon crispy in a separate pan.

Halve mushrooms and fry in butter for 5 minutes.

Halve tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry in the pan for 5 minutes.

Warm baked beans in a pot.

Grate potatoes, season with salt and fry as hash browns until golden brown.

Prepare eggs sunny-side up or scrambled.

Toast bread golden and spread with butter.
